FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, UK, notified us on 1st June 2010
retroactively pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 2 January 2009 FIL Holdings Limited exceeded the threshold of 3% of the
voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt/Saale, Germany. On that date, FIL Holdings Limited held 3.93% of
the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 4,078,458 voting rights.
All voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG were attributed to FIL Holdings
Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.
In addition, FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, UK, notified us
retroactively pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 30 October 2009 FIL Holdings Limited fell below the threshold of 3% of
the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt/Saale, Germany. On that date, FIL Holdings Limited held 2.77% of
the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 3,833,301 voting rights.
All voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG were attributed to FIL Holdings
Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.
Correction to voting rights filing according to sec. 26 para. 1 WpHG dated
4th November 2009
FIL Limited, Hamilton, Bermuda, notified us on 1st June 2010 a correction
to their filing dated 2nd November 2009 pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG of
the following:
On 30 October 2009 FIL Limited fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt/Saale,
Germany. On that date, FIL Limited held 2.80% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 3,863,833 voting rights.
Of this amount, 0.02% (30,532 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG and 2.77%
(3,833,301 voting rights) is to be attributed pursuant sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
In addition, FIL Investment Management Limited, Hildenborough, UK, notified
us a correction to their filing dated 2nd November 2009 pursuant to section
21 (1) WpHG of the following:
On 30 October 2009 FIL Investment Management Limited fell below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite
1, 97616 Bad Neustadt/Saale, Germany. On that date, FIL Investment
Management Limited held 2.80% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG
arising from 3,863,833 voting rights.
All voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG were attributed to FIL Investment
Management Limited pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection
with sent. 2 WpHG.
