Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings Limited is the parent company of

Threadneedle Asset Management Limited.



The share of voting stocks of the above mentioned companies in

RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a.d.Saale, Germany,

went below the threshold of 5 % of the total voting stocks of the company

on 18 February 2009.



The percentage of voting rights of Threadneedle Asset Management Limited in
