us on 16 July 2009 pursuant to Section 21 (1) WpHG that its share of the

total voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad

Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany, fell below the threshold of 10 % on 15 July

2009 and now amounts to 9,94 % (equivalent to 10,301,000 voting rights) in

relation to the total number of voting rights of the issuer (103,680,000).
