On 29 September 2011, Franklin Mutual Series Funds fell below the threshold

of 5% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad

Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Franklin Mutual Series Funds,

held 4.997% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 6,906,910

voting rights.



All of these voting rights are attributed to Franklin Mutual Series Funds

pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
