Correction to the notification of 4 October 2011 according to section 26
para. 1 WpHG
Franklin Mutual Series Funds, Short Hills, USA notified us on 6 October
2011 of corrections to their notification of voting rights pursuant to
section 21 para. 1 WpHG of 1 October 2011. Based on these corrections, we
correct our corresponding notification pursuant to article 26 section 1
WpHG dated 4 October 2011 as follows:
On 29 September 2011, Franklin Mutual Series Funds fell below the threshold
of 5 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad
Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Franklin Mutual Series Funds,
held 4.997 % of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from
6,906,910 voting rights.
