Mr. Eugen Münch, Germany, has informed us on 9 February 2007 pursuant to §

21 (1) Sent. 1 WpHG that as a result of the conversion of preference shares

into ordinary shares on 26 September 2005 his share of the total voting

rights held in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt

a.d.Saale, Germany, fell below the threshold of 10% when the voting rights

reached 9.74% (exact 5,047,522 ordinary shares).



Due to the conversion of preference shares into ordinary shares and the

Directors' Dealings notification acc. to 15a WpHG on 2 February 2007 the

share of the Family Münch (Ingeborg und Eugen Münch) in the registered

capital of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, Bad Neustadt a.d.Saale,

Germany, now amounts to 16.20% (Eugen Münch 9.78% and Ingeborg Münch

6.42%).
