RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany,
pursuant to Section 21 (1) and 24 WpHG as follows:
1. BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. has exceeded the threshold of 3% of
the voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG on 1 December 2009 and amounts to
3.43% (4,738,392 voting shares) on that day. All of the voting rights are
attributable to BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. pursuant to Section 22
Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 N° 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
2. BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. has exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights of RHÖN KLINIKUM AG on 1 December 2009 and amounts to 3.43%
(4,738,392 voting shares) on that day. All of the voting rights are
attributable to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1
Sentence 1 N° 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
3. BlackRock, Inc. has exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights of
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG on 1 December 2009 and amounts to 3.43% (4,738,392 voting
shares) on that day. All of the voting rights are attributable to
BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 N° 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
