BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. has fallen below the threshold of 3%
of the voting rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG on 13 January 2010 and amounts to
2.99% (4,133,857 voting shares) on that day. All of the voting rights are
attributable to BlackRock Financial Management, Inc. pursuant to Section 22
Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 N° 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG on 13 January 2010 and amounts to 2.99%
(4,133,857 voting shares) on that day. All of the voting rights are
attributable to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 Paragraph 1
Sentence 1 N° 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
BlackRock, Inc. has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights
of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG on 13 January 2010 and amounts to 2.99% (4,133,857
