Allianz SE, Munich, Germany, has informed us on 26 November 2008 pursuant
to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG in connection with sec. 24 WpHG that on 24 November
2008 the percentage holding of the voting rights of Jota
Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Munich, Germany in RHOEN-KLINIKUM AG,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a.d. Saale, Germany, crossed below the
threshold of 5 % and amounted to 4.97% (equivalent to 5,153,377 voting
rights in relation to the total number of voting rights of 103,680,000).
The voting rights are entirely attributable to Jota
Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sentence 1
No. 1 WpHG.
The voting rights attributed to Jota Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH
in this respect were held via the following company which it controls,
whose holding of voting rights in RHOEN-KLINIKUM AG amounts to 3 % or more:
- Allianz Lebensversicherungs AG.
At the same time Allianz SE has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1
WpHG in connection with sec. 24 WpHG:
On 24 November 2008 the percentage holding of the voting rights of Allianz
Lebensversicherungs AG, Stuttgart, Germany, in RHOEN-KLINIKUM AG,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a.d. Saale, Germany, crossed below the
threshold of 5 % and amounted to 4.97% (equivalent to 5,153,377 voting
rights in relation to the total number of voting rights of 103,680,000).
Allianz SE, Munich, Germany, has informed us on 1 December 2008 pursuant to
sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 28 November 2008 its percentage holding of the
voting rights in RHOEN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a.d.
Saale, Germany, crossed below the threshold of 5 % and amounted to 4.78%
(4,956,761 voting rights).
The voting rights are entirely attributable to Allianz SE pursuant to sec.
22 para. 1 sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG. The voting rights attributed to Allianz
SE in this respect were held via the following companies which it controls,
whose holding of voting rights in RHOEN-KLINIKUM AG amounts to 3 % or more:
- Allianz Deutschland AG, Munich, Germany
- Jota Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Munich, Germany
- Allianz Lebensversicherungs AG, Stuttgart, Germany
At the same time Allianz SE has informed us pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1
WpHG in connection with sec. 24 WpHG:
On 28 November 2008 the percentage holding of the voting rights of Allianz
Deutschland AG, Munich, Germany, in RHOEN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1,
97616 Bad Neustadt a.d. Saale, Germany, crossed below the threshold of 5 %
and amounted to 4.74 % (4,916,761 voting rights). The voting rights are
entirely attributable to Allianz Deutschland AG pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1
sentence 1 No. 1 WpHG.
The voting rights attributed to Allianz Deutschland AG in this respect were
held via the following companies which it controls, whose holding of voting
rights in RHOEN-KLINIKUM AG amounts to 3 % or more:
- Jota Vermögensverwaltungsgesellschaft mbH, Munich, Germany
- Allianz Lebensversicherungs AG, Stuttgart, Germany
