Notification according to section 26 para. 1 WpHG
UBS AG, Zürich, Switzerland, notified us on 4 June 2012 of the following
voting rights notifications pursuant to section 21 para. 1 WpHG:
(1) On 29 May 2012, UBS AG exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale,
Germany. On that date, UBS AG held 3.71% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 5,126,565 voting rights. Of these voting
rights, a proportion of 0.56% (equals 767,486 voting rights) is attributed
to UBS AG pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
(2) On 30 May 2012, UBS AG fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale,
Germany. On that date, UBS AG held 1.99% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 2,754,297 voting rights. Of these voting
rights, a proportion of 0.55% (equals 767,486 voting rights) is attributed
to UBS AG pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
(3) On 31 May 2012, UBS AG exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale,
Germany. On that date, UBS AG held 3.12% of the voting rights in
RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 4,307,798 voting rights. Of these voting
rights, a proportion of 0.56% (equals 767,540 voting rights) is attributed
to UBS AG pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1 WpHG.
