RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG has mandated the lead managers for the planned capital

icnrease. COMMERZBANK Aktiengesellschaft and Morgan Stanley Bank AG will

act as Joint Lead Managers and Joint Bookrunners for the planned capital

increase in the second half of the year.
