Supervisory Board
In accordance with the principle of equal representation of shareholders and staff pursuant to the German Co-Determination Act (Mitbestimmungsgesetz), the Supervisory Board of RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG is made up of twenty members. Of these, ten are elected by shareholders at the Annual General Meeting and the remaining ten (seven employees of the Group and three representatives of the trade union ver.di) are elected by the staff.
