On 22 May 2012, Paulson & Co. Inc. exceeded the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Salzburger Leite 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Paulson & Co. Inc. held 3.65% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 5,040,000 voting rights.
