On 8 May 2012, Templeton Investment Counsel, LLC fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Templeton Investment Counsel, LLC held 2.94% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising from 4,057,091 voting rights.

These voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG are completely attributed to Templeton Investment Counsel, LLC, pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
