On 15 November 2010, Templeton Investment Counsel, LLC exceeded the

threshold of 3% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG, Schlossplatz 1,

97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date, Templeton Investment

Counsel, LLC held 3,004% of the voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG arising

from 4,153,110 voting rights.



These voting rights in RHÖN-KLINIKUM AG are completely attributed to
